This was a fun wedding reception held at Town & Country Hall in Lansdowne now owned and operated by Catering by Uptown. The bride (Sarah Jensen) is an elementary school teacher and the groom (John Adams) is a data anaylst. They are avid salsa dancers and enjoy other activites such as poker and sports. They were introduced in the hall and danced their first dance to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” by Franki Valli. The sister of the bride Beth and the brother of the groom Chris gave the toast. Sarah and John did a unique fun activity during dinner. The bride and groom made up trivia questions about themselves that the guest had to answer to get them to kiss in lieu of the traditional clinking of glasses. A lot of questions were answered and some funny stories were told. After dinner the bride danced with her father to “Tennessee Waltz” by Lacy Dalton and the groom danced with his mom to “Kind & Generous” by Natalie Merchant. Everyone danced to salsa, bachata, popular top 40 dance music and some oldies and had a great time.

Congratulations Sarah and John

This was the only vendor from our wedding that we are 100% satisfied with. They were helpful throughout the planning process, and Dave did a wonderful job on the day of making appropriate selections for our crowd.

We had a mix of latin, oldies, and pop- an eclectic mix, but he played it seamlessly and everyone had an amazing time! People were on the dance floor the whole night whether or not we were with them.

Thank you so much Dave and Event Entertainment!
